Women connecting - choose life project in Poland

Choose LIFE

“Choose Life” Conference – March 21, 2025, Gdańsk, Poland

The main inspiration for this series of conferences comes from Deuteronomy 30:19:

“This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.”

Throughout this conference series, we want to encourage participants to choose life, which means:

  • Choose life with Jesus, because Jesus is LIFE.
  • Choose life when you face the decision of whether to take it away.
  • Choose life when you are faced with the decision about ab ort ion.
  • Choose life when considering euthanasia, something we are increasingly being encouraged to accept.

At the upcoming conference in March 2026, we want to focus especially on encouraging people to have children, to rejoice in pregnancy, and to choose the life of the child.
We see a growing trend in Poland of postponing having children—or deciding not to have them at all—as well as an increasing ease in deciding to end a pregnancy (legally or otherwise).
Therefore, as people who believe that only God begins and ends life, we want to speak about this truth so that choosing life becomes the first and only choice.

Topics of the Sessions

The Author of Life: God’s Sovereignty and the Gift of Life
In this session, we will look at the Creator of life, God’s sovereignty, and the deep questions of when life begins, who gives it, and who has the authority to end it.
We will reflect on the days written in God’s Word before they ever came to be. Participants will also learn how to build a relationship with God—the One who brings us from death to life, restoring hope and renewal in every broken place.

Grace Greater Than the Past – The Path to Healing After Difficult Decisions
This session offers a compassionate look at God’s grace and the path of healing after difficult and life-altering choices.
Drawing on the message of Jesus, full of grace and truth, we will explore how God’s love can restore hope, bring peace, and lead to forgiveness.
Participants will be encouraged to face their past choices with honesty, to receive God’s mercy, and to experience renewal—understanding that His grace is always greater than any guilt or pain.

Hidden Struggles
We will look at the struggles people face—including believers—related to abortion, presenting a biblical perspective and encouragement to choose life.
We will also consider how believers can show love and compassion to those who have made painful decisions.
Additionally, we will examine the biblical response to messages that promote the ending of pregnancy.

Speakers

Our speakers include individuals with theological backgrounds and psychotherapists who work daily with people in crisis.

In addition, there will be speakers from Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States sharing their personal testimonies—stories of difficult, painful experiences, yet filled with hope found in God!

Financial Needs

To make this event possible, we need approximately $5,000 in funding.
